Itea to Delphi
Delphi sits on the mountainside above Itea — one of the shortest transfers in the catalogue.
- The bus runs only a handful of times a day, so for a port day a taxi with an agreed return is usually the safer arrangement.
Most ships also sell a coach excursion to Delphi. However you travel, being back aboard before all-aboard is your own arrangement to make — we publish the journey, not your sailing. Your guide plays either way, and it is yours to keep.
- 15–25 min KTEL Fokidas bus up to Delphi, or a taxi from the quay. The climb takes 15 to 20 minutes either way.
- 5–15 min Delphi village to the entrance of the sanctuary.
0.3–0.7 hours each way
Plan your return against your ship's all-aboard time, which is on your daily programme. It is earlier than the departure time, and if you are coming back by tender the last tender leaves earlier still.
